📦 Delivery Options & Costs

Shipping methods and exact costs will appear during checkout once you’ve entered your delivery address.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on the order’s weight and delivery destination.

  • Service Availability: Some shipping methods may not be available in remote or non-standard postal zones.

  • Delivery Scheduling: You'll be able to select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

We offer three delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery – Estimated within 4 working days

  • Express Delivery – Estimated within 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery – Estimated within 2 working days

⚖️ Order Weight Guidelines

Orders Up to 25kg

  • Delivered via trusted courier partners

  • Packaged securely to ensure product protection

  • Delivery date selection required at checkout

Orders Over 25kg

  • May be shipped using a pallet delivery service

  • Delivery via pallet truck – ensure clear access for unloading

  • Scheduled delivery date must be selected at checkout

🚚 Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excludes weekends & public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same working day. Orders after 1 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply for distant or non-mainland locations.

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive your parcel, a redelivery fee may apply.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number by email or SMS. You can monitor your parcel’s progress and estimated delivery window in real-time.
